Getting help with your computer problems is quick and simple! Our easy-to-use remote access software enables you to grant a SFT technician access to your computer in just minutes. From there, you can sit back and let us solve the issue!

Step 1. Contact a technician by phone (719-302-2808) to receive a 6 digit PIN code and enter it on this page.

Step 2. Click “Connect to technician” and click “Run”

Step 3. NOTE: After the short download, you will need to click “Run” a second time.

Step 4. When prompted, click on the “Yes” to allow the technician access to your screen. Finally, sit back and let us do the hard work!
