What our Proactive Maintenance covers:
- Server Problem-Solving and Issue-Resolution for problems related to normal use of all applications and services on the server
- Proactive Maintenance of the Microsoft server on your existing computer network, including:
Security and performance patches for covered operating systems and applications Daily installation of all Antivirus definition updates Creating and removing user accounts from the server as needed Monitoring server logs on a daily basis Weekly Defragging all system hard drives
- Backup Management SFT will develop and monitor a backup strategy that accounts for all line-of-business data on supported servers on the network (data stored on workstations will not be backed up or managed under this agreement). It includes:
Configuring backup software Regularly monitoring the backup logs (minimum of weekly) Periodically performing test restores to ensure data is recoverable from backup media
- Priority Service of critical server issues with unlimited work until resolved
- 24/7 Monitoring of equipment will be used to provide instant awareness of mission-critical network and server problems by automatically detecting and repairing them before they affect business productivity.
- Consulting Services - phone or email support up to 15 minutes for any questions or recommendations with our main point-of-contact
